Refund Policy

In order to receive a full refund, the product must be returned within seven days after the delivery date. There is no full refund if the product is not received within seven days of the delivery date. There will only be a partial refund of 50% for orders returned eight days or more after the delivery date.

There is no refund for orders not returned.

If an order is claimed to not be delivered, a police report must be filed in order to receive a refund. A new parcel will also be mailed to you.
